The Evo2 could have lived up to its history if it would just continue to emulate the original mechanical Mondaine wristwatches, which followed the 58-second sweep and two-second pause at noon of the official Swiss railway clocks. The line released in 2011 called the Stop2Go did exactly that, but unfortunately, Mondaine discontinued both the line and the function. Perhaps it was not possible with a quartz movement, but a pity nevertheless.
